What if I don't meet my catering minimum of $500?If the total order amount falls below our $500 catering minimum, the difference will be added to your final invoice to meet the minimum requirement. This ensures we can maintain the high-quality service and standards you expect.

What locations or regions does your catering service cover? Do you charge a delivery fee?We proudly offer catering services in St. Louis, MO, and Huntsville, AL, with delivery available within a 30-mile radius of each city. The delivery fee is $50 for the first 10 miles, plus $2 for each additional mile beyond that.

What is your minimum order for catering?Our minimum order amount is $500 for all catering orders, excluding delivery fees and additional services.

How far in advance should I book my order?For weddings and other large events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to guarantee availability. For holiday catering with a full-service package, booking at least one month ahead is advised. For smaller events with 50 or fewer guests, bookings can be made 2-3 weeks in advance.

Do you offer tastings?Yes, we offer a tasting for $200, accommodating up to 4 guests, available for events with a food cost of $1,500 or more. You'll receive sample-sized portions of 3-5 items from your selected menu. If the tasting fee isn’t a fit or your catering order doesn’t meet the minimum, we encourage you to explore our reviews for additional insight.

Can I adjust my order after booking?Yes, you can modify your order up to 7 business days before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?We discourage cancellations during the week of the scheduled event, as this is when we begin preparing to serve you. We strongly recommend that any rescheduling or cancellation requests be made at least 7 business days prior to the event. If cancellation is necessary, cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total balance. For cancellations within 24-72 hours of the event, the full 100% balance will be charged. Please ensure that all cancellation requests are submitted in writing and emailed to asattcatering@gmail.com.

Are you registered and insured?Yes, we are a registered, legitimate business with a valid ServSafe certification and business insurance. We are fully compliant with all current protocols and can provide documentation upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?We offer various payment options for our customers' convenience, including Bank Transfers, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zenmo, and Credit or Debit cards. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will apply to all credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Zenmo transactions.
